The staff were very very helpful and courteous during 3 nights we stayed there. Location: the hotel was very close to mountains and scenic views. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Actually, the room was tidy, it also had a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. The location of the hotel was good and great, in the middle of jackson. The staff members were all good and amicable.

the room was tidy and nice and come with a private safe, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea makers. all members of the staff was courteous and nice. the hotel was in a good and marvellous position close to mountains and scenic views.

My friends and I had a blast at the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and the private waterfalls. VR games were lit! the chill vibe and courteous staff made it even better!
I wish there were more late-night party options for young peeps. Keep the fun going!

the staff was friendly, and the privacy was excellent. the location was perfect for us to enjoy the cooler climate. the swimming pool looked inviting though we didn't use it.
